Gouffre de Padirac



It is said to be the largest chasm in France.
After a descent to a depth of 103m, you embark on the underground river for a boat ride, then continue on foot to discover an exceptional setting shaped by nature over millions of years.
The temperature in the chasm is a pleasant 13° on hot days.

Caves of Cougnac

Located 3km from Gourdon, several caves to discover, between a ceiling of thousands of magnificent stalactites and authentic prehistoric paintings, you'll experience a magical moment out of time.

You can take a guided tour to learn more about the works of art created by our artists of the time. The tour lasts about 1h15. The cave is open from April to October.

Pech Merle cave in Cabrerets

The cave is over 2 kilometers long, with rooms of imposing volume.
