Our 5-person gîte in the heart of the Lot

GITE for 5 people (*** stars), (non-smoking) with a very pleasant enclosed terrace of 22 square metres (ideal for children or pets), facing south-east, the gite is equipped:
Ground floor: bright living room with open kitchen, separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160cm bed and one with 3 x 90cm beds, bathroom with bath and WC.
Some of the rooms have very high ceilings, giving you a feeling of space, and the stone walls and beams add to the natural, local ambiance.

In Salviac, a 2 km village with all amenities, on a hillside in a rural, agricultural setting.

Salviac: a green resort halfway between Sarlat and Cahors, between the Lot and Dordogne valleys

Our interior equipment:

  • Household appliances: Dishwasher, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, wood-burning stove, electric heating, washing machine (outside gîte),
  • Small appliances: Microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, clotheshorse with clothespins,
  • Household products: Salt, oil, dishwashing detergent, sponge, aluminum foil and cling film, cooking paper, toilet disinfectant (1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper in each toilet on arrival),
  • Bedding: Mattress protector, blankets x2 per bed, pillows with pillow protector, bolster with bolster case,
  • Digital technology: Television, Wi-Fi Internet access,
  • Grilling: Rough-cut barbecue with necessary equipment (large fork, tongs, matches, gloves),
  • On request for babies: Cot with mattress and fitted sheet, high chair, small changing mat, bathtub.
